About Tyson

​Pastor Tyson Coughlin is passionate about sharing Jesus with the world. He gave his life to Christ at 13 and began preaching just a year later in nursing homes across West Virginia. After a brief stint on a basketball scholarship, he followed God’s call to attend Bible College in Louisiana, where his faith deepened and a vision was born to plant a life-giving church in Charlotte, NC. In 2010, he launched C4 Charlotte, a college ministry marked by powerful growth and revival. Two years later, Vizion Church was planted in Uptown Charlotte. Now over a decade old, Vizion continues to thrive under the leadership of Pastor Tyson and his wife, Kristina. In 2024, Pastor Tyson also preached at the Charlotte Crusade, a citywide evangelistic movement aimed at reaching the city with the gospel, with 140 partnering churches and over 500 decisions for Christ. Pastor Tyson's mission remains clear: to win souls and make disciples.
